Shipping policy

Where we ship: Spain, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing: Orders are handed to our delivery partner within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods.

Tracking: You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs: Orders to the UK or US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels: If tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, email hellosculptelle@gmail.com and we’ll help.
